Frequently asked questions

Can we bring a tent, tourer or motorhome on a nightly basis?
No. We only take bookings for 12 month seasonal pitches. Please telephone to book or for more information.

Do you allow dogs on site ?
Yes. we allow most types or dogs, however we do not allow pitbulls, staffs, dobermans, rottweillers or any cross breed of this type.

How far is it to the town / beach ?
Its approximately a 10 min walk to the town / beach (click here to view a map)

Can we use a charcoal BBQ ?
Yes all types of BBQs are ok - NO CAMP FIRES !

Can we fish in the river ?
Yes. a local or national licence is required for over 14s

Can I use a generator ?
NO. no type of generators are allowed. electric hook ups are available.

Can I bring my large works van on site with me ?
Please call our office. The van will not be allowed next to the pitch but we may be able to store it for you.

Are there power points in the ladies showers for hair dryers etc ?
Yes. standard power points (free)
